Phase 1: The Setup
Level 2 preparation starts with an in-depth IT infrastructure assessment. We'll identify gaps in your current cybersecurity posture, then build a Microsoft 365 GCC, GCC High tenant, or Google Workspace, and implement appropriate security controls that meet every CMMC demand.
Our experienced RPs, CCPs, and CCAs guide implementation across all 14 domains, 110 practices, and 320 Assessment Objectives (AOs), while our technical team ensures your network supports compliance.
Phase 2: The Audit
We translate your new technical controls into clear, documented evidence of your compliance efforts.
We also train your team on proper security practices and validate your business's certification readiness through a mock assessment every three years. When the real C3PAO assessment happens, our team joins you on-site or remotely for five days of assessment, handling the auditor's technical questions while you focus on business.
Phase 3: The Nurturing
Once you're certified, we won't leave all the upkeep in your lap.
Our CMMC and network support maintenance plan keeps your systems and documentation audit-ready. We monitor all 110 controls and maintain all 320 AOs. We update your practices as requirements evolve, and we ensure you're prepared for a three-year renewal.
